Shipping policy

For all of the products on our webshop, we use third-parties (called "Suppliers" in this document) to produce, package and ship your orders to you. The company delivering the package of your order to you is a separate company (called "Carrier" in this document). This document describes our shipping policy.

After placing an order at our website, it needs to be approved by us before sending it to our Suppliers. This could happen automatically or manually, and is something that can be handled different for every order. Whether an order gets approved automatically or manually, gets decided by either an automated system, or by choice of Hope Gans. Customers have no influence on this decision. An automated approval happens most likely within 24 hours after placing the order, given the payment has been successful, and possibly within a few minutes. A manual approval can take up to 5 workdays after placing an order, but can also take longer. In the case that a manual approval takes longer than 5 days after a finalized order, Hope Gans aims to inform the customer of the order about the expected time it will take to manually approve the order via the communication details provided with the order, but is in no instance required to do so.

After the order is approved, the order gets send to the Suppliers. The Suppliers have a certain time they need to produce the ordered and then will send the produced item to the customer. The production time for each item can be different, but most of them are within a reasonable amount of time. The items will be shipped to the customer using the delivery method the customer chose at the checkout page of the website, which cost the amount as portrait on the checkout page, and the shipping time at the checkout page is effective, although the actual delivery times may differ from the times displayed, as described in the terms of service. After shipping, for most items, shipping tracking codes will be provided by the Suppliers will be sent to the customer. 

Hope Gans works hard to sell products that come from locations so no import or custom fees need to be paid by the customer. Even though we are working hard to try to avoid any of such fees, we offer no guarantee, and any of such fees that might occur have to be paid by the customer that placed the order wherefor the fees have been calculated.

Generally, Hope Gans does not offer any way to return items. You can read more about refunds or returns.
